Each Vendor / Exhibitor is responsible for providing their own power, water, and any chairs, tables or necessary equipment including tents that they require.
Any units with power must be approved and display the appropriate certifications (eg. Electrical)


Participation Fee:

Early Bird – Pay by April 30th

Food Vendors:

Early Bird – $85.00
After May 1  $100.00

Retail Vendors:

Early Bird – $35.00
After May 1  $50.00

Registered  Non Profit / Charity

No Charge

Payments may be made via e-transfer or by mail upon approval.
Cheques payable to “South Shuswap Canada Day Society” and mail to: PO Box 1, Blind Bay, BC V0E 1H0, e-transfers to password “canadaday”

Set up time starts at 7:30 and must be completed before 9:00 am due to parade route road closures.

Donations are greatly appreciated if sales at the event are profitable.

PLEASE READ and COMPLETE FORM ATTACHED (Signature required), by signing the attached form You accept the above stated conditions & do not hold the South Shuswap Canada Day Society, its members & volunteers legally responsibility for any loss, damage or theft incurred by myself, my employees or my goods & equipment during the event. I understand that health and safety inspections may occur during the event & that I need to have all requirements in place.
